Simon Just Grandorf is an experienced Supply Chain Manager currently leading the Master Planning team at Coop i Danmark since October 2021, focusing on capacity efficiency, long-term planning, and supplier performance. Prior to this, Simon held multiple positions at Toms Gruppen A/S, contributing to the establishment of group master planning and S&OP, as well as implementing operational tools and improving logistics processes. With a strong educational background from DTU in Industrial Engineering and Management and Manufacturing and Management, complemented by earlier roles in masonry and military service, Simon combines technical expertise with practical experience in supply chain management.
