Shannon Jones

Shannon Jones is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support, customer service, and logistics. Currently serving as an EDI B2B Technician at Landstar since January 2022, Shannon oversees B2B/EDI communications and integrations while providing ongoing support during customer implementation.
