Ann-Sofie Fahlkvist

Ann-Sofie Fahlkvist has extensive experience in leadership roles within the insurance and public service sectors. Currently serving as Avdelningschef verksamhetsutveckling and Stabschef at Löf since March 2022, Ann-Sofie oversees internal training in claims handling and the development of operational functions. Prior to this, from August 2014 to February 2022, Ann-Sofie held the position of Avdelningschef at Löf, focusing on patient injuries within a team of approximately 185 employees. Ann-Sofie also served as Enhetschef at Stockholms stad from July 2012 to August 2014, managing various public service inquiries, and spent a decade at AFA Försäkring from May 2002 to July 2012, where responsibilities included managing health insurance products and enhancing departmental efficiency.
