Landstuhl Regional Medical Center is the largest U.S. hospital outside the United States, serving more than 205,000 beneficiaries throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We are the only forward-stationed medical center for U.S. and Coalition forces, Department of State personnel, and repatriated U.S. citizens. Our command includes LRMC and six outlying clinics in Belgium, Italy and Germany.
