Landucci, pasta dies manufacturer: the art of giving shape to pasta

Landucci took its first steps in 1925 in Pistoia, specialising in the manufacture of dies for pasta, which were usually made of copper. This soft metal was employed because it was suitable for handwork, and in particular for manufacturing the square-shaped holes. These were produced with artisan expertise by means of punches.

The company development has followed the growth and evolution of italian pasta industry, that over time has required more and more enhanced machinery.

Landucci has always met the market requirements creating and producing the best pasta dies in the world, handling with care the whole production process as learnt by tradition, investing in innovation and technology to be always up to date, choosing the best materials to assure the best performance in pasta production.
