Wade Weathers

Wade Weathers is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in marketing luxury waterfront properties, particularly in the Lake Champlain Valley. Since January 1993, Wade has served as Regional Manager and Principal at LandVest, Inc., overseeing operations in Burlington, VT, and managing specialty waterfront and gentleman farm properties throughout Vermont and the Adirondack Park in New York. Prior to this role, Wade was the former Broker/Owner at Country Houses Real Estate from May 1977 to October 1989. Wade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from the University of Denver, where studies were completed between 1967 and 1971, and has early educational roots at Holderness School from 1964 to 1966 and 1963 to 1965.
