Roger Durre

Joe Durre is a seasoned leader in the electric vehicle technology sector, currently serving as the Chief Innovations Officer at LandX Motors since October 2023. In this role, Joe has successfully led new site start-up efforts and innovation strategies, achieving significant benchmarks by exceeding cost and time targets within the initial six months and launching five new product revenue streams. Prior to LandX Motors, Joe held the position of General Director of Infotainment and Connected Vehicle at Lordstown Motors Corporation, where Joe pioneered advancements in EV software and systems architecture. Joe's extensive career also includes key leadership roles at Karma Automotive, Powerteq, AAMP of America, BMW, and Caterpillar Inc., with a focus on electronic systems, engineering management, and product development. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University and furthered education at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
