Suzan Monastra

Suzan Monastra is an experienced professional in product integrity and quality, currently serving as the Director of Product Integrity and Quality at Lane Bryant since January 2022. Monastra's role involves addressing pre and post-production quality issues, fostering innovation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior to this, Monastra was the Senior Manager of Product Integrity at Lane Bryant, where responsibilities included enhancing product quality and risk mitigation. From January 2015 to January 2022, Monastra worked as a Senior Account Manager at Intertek, building trusted relationships with clients and ensuring supply chain integrity. Monastra also has a background in academia, having lectured at The Ohio State University on subjects related to fashion and retail, and held technical roles at Victoria's Secret, focusing on fabric and garment safety. Monastra holds a Master’s degree in Textiles from The Ohio State University.
