Emma Adair

Emma Adair is a Partner at Lane Clark & Peacock LLP. Emma has over 10 years of experience working with clients in the fiduciary and advisory space. Prior to joining Lane Clark & Peacock, Emma worked as the Head of Client Service at Aon. Emma has also worked as an Investment Consultant and Head of Client Delivery at Cardano and P-Solve respectively. Emma has a thorough understanding of UK pension funds and their challenges, which they gained while working as an Investment Consultant at Hewitt.

Emma Adair has a postgraduate diploma in actuarial science from Cass Business School, an LLB in law and accounting from Queen's University Belfast, and is a Fellow of the Faculty and Institute of Actuaries.

Emma Adair reports to Aaron Punwani, CEO. They are on a team with Helen Abbott - Partner, Jill Ampleford - Partner & Head of Trustee Consulting, and Jonathan Balkwill - Partner.
