Kaisa Lightfoot

Kaisa Lightfoot, MNM, is an experienced professional in donor relations and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Alumni Relations & Annual Giving Officer at Lane Community College since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kaisa held various positions at KNKX Public Radio from July 2019 to February 2025, including Donor Relations Manager and Associate Major Gifts Officer, focusing on donor engagement and capital campaign goals. Kaisa's previous experience encompasses roles at organizations such as Northwest Youth Corps, Conservation Corps Minnesota and Iowa, and Honor the Earth, where expertise in recruitment, program coordination, and youth empowerment was developed. Kaisa holds a Master of Nonprofit Management from the University of Oregon Graduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Justice from Hamline University.
