Darcy Dillon

Darcy Dillon is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in compensation, benefits administration, and workforce analytics. Since August 2017, Darcy has served as a Senior Workforce Analyst and Senior HR Business Partner at Lane County Government, overseeing pay equity projects and classification work while developing People Analytics reporting. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Analyst at Lane County, HR & Employment Manager at PacificSource, and HR Manager positions at Lane Community College and Oregon State University. As the owner of Tentrax, Darcy manufactured and sold tent trailers, and previously held various managerial roles at Daimler Trucks North America, where responsibilities encompassed benefits administration and organizational consulting. Darcy holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Business/Human Resources from Oregon State University.
