Joellen Moyer

Joellen Moyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security administration and electronic warfare signal intelligence. Since February 2001, Joellen has served as the Senior Security Administrator at Lane County, demonstrating expertise in the field. Prior to this role, Joellen Moyer gained valuable experience as an EW Signal Intelligence Specialist in the US Army from 1993 to 1995. Educationally, Joellen holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer User Support from Lane Community College, completed between 1996 and 1999.
