Larry Gibbs

Larry Gibbs has significant experience in waste management and environmental protection, currently serving as a Special Waste Analyst at Lane County Public Works since 1994. In this role, Larry focuses on handling special waste materials such as medical waste, asbestos, and hazardous materials, ensuring the safety of employees and the landfill. Prior to this position, Larry worked as an Analyst for Waste Management, Inc. from July 1990 to July 1993, where responsibilities included supervising household hazardous waste collections and managing various cleanup operations. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Oregon, earned between 1987 and 1989.
