Rhett Karr

Rhett Karr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in database administration and programming. Currently serving as a Senior Database Administrator at Lane County since April 2001, Rhett is responsible for maintaining web and application servers, as well as e-commerce systems and security, while providing support to Microsoft developers for troubleshooting and program deployment. Prior to this role, Rhett worked as a Programmer/Analyst III at Big Bend Community College from February 1995 to September 2000, where responsibilities included leading the Computer Services Division, managing work assignments, conducting employee evaluations, and handling recruitment and grievances. Rhett holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Big Bend Community College.
