Sandra Martinez-Modesto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in juvenile care and legal advocacy. Currently serving as a Juvenile Group and Intake Worker at Lane County Government since March 2018, responsibilities include supervising juveniles and providing counseling and skills training in a secure facility. Previous roles include serving as a Legal Intern for the Comisión Ejecutiva Estatal de Atención a Víctimas in San Luis Potosí, where work focused on victim advocacy and gaining legal knowledge, and as a Youth Mentor Coordinator at Centro Latino Americano, where program development for at-risk youth was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes teaching positions at Early Childhood CARES and internships with various law firms. Sandra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Oregon and an Associate of Arts in the same field from Lane Community College.
