Monica Ji began their work experience as an HR Assistant at Saint-Gobain in 2007. Monica then moved on to become an HR Executive at United Arab Shipping Company (S.A.G.) from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they worked as an HR Manager at YOOX from 2010 to 2015. Monica then joined Farfetch as a Senior People Business Partner Manager for China and Hong Kong from 2015 until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR, Mainland China at Lane Crawford, starting in 2022.
