Monica Ji

Monica Ji began their work experience as an HR Assistant at Saint-Gobain in 2007. Monica then moved on to become an HR Executive at United Arab Shipping Company (S.A.G.) from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they worked as an HR Manager at YOOX from 2010 to 2015. Monica then joined Farfetch as a Senior People Business Partner Manager for China and Hong Kong from 2015 until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR, Mainland China at Lane Crawford, starting in 2022.

Monica Ji obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management (Human Resource Oriented) from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they pursued a minor in French at Shanghai International Study University from 2004 to 2006. In terms of certifications, Monica has obtained the Belbin Team Role Certification from Belbin Team Roles (UK - Head Office), the Certificate of Competencies in Organization Development Program from Innovative OD Center, the Certificate of HR Administrator from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security China, the Certificate of SPOT Facilitation from Facilitator.Network, the Certified Professional Behavioral and Motivators Analyst (DISC and Motivators) from TTI Success Insights, and the EQ-i 2.0 + EQ 360 Certification from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS).
