Monica Rouse

Monica Rouse is a seasoned fashion industry professional with extensive experience in product development, design, and brand management. Currently a Lifestyle and Fashion Consultant at Lane Crawford since September 2016, Monica previously founded and directed Miss Moncur, a contemporary women's online fashion brand. Career highlights include roles as Brand Manager at Rachael Ruddick, Creative Director for Noisette London, and various design positions at luxury retailers such as Collette Dinnigan Pty Ltd and Shanghai Tang. Monica’s design expertise was further established as a Senior Designer at Linmark and a Co-Founder at Pheiffer Ltd. An alumnus of the University of Technology Sydney with a degree in Design, Fashion, and Textiles, Monica has showcased work at Australian Fashion Week.
