Alain Poncelet

Alain Poncelet is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, management, and performance tuning. Currently serving as Facility Supervisor and CMMS Administrator at Wyoming Sugar Company, LLC, Alain also founded and owns LEAP Performance Engineering, focusing on engine tuning and performance upgrades. As a Volunteer Firefighter with Lane Fire Authority since 2015, Alain has demonstrated commitment to community service. Previous roles include Parts Sales Manager at AutoZone, Project Coordinator in the railroad division at Knife River Corporation, and Engineering and Quality Manager at States Industries, where Alain managed departments and implemented significant improvements in quality and automation processes. Early career experience includes positions as Calibration Engineer at AW Europe and Electronic, Testing and Software Production Engineer at Volvo Trucks Belgium, where Alain contributed to technological advancements and project management in the automotive industry.
