Lev Peysekhman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare and financial technology. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Lane Health since June 2020, Peysekhman leads operational scale-ups across various teams and oversees critical functions such as go-to-market execution and platform performance. Previously, as Chief Product Officer at Lane Health, Peysekhman developed groundbreaking healthcare payment solutions and drove product strategies that resulted in significant user growth. Earlier roles include VP of Product & Platform Strategy at Flipt, where Peysekhman pioneered a pharmacy benefit platform, and Senior Director positions at G&W Laboratories and Checkpoint Systems, focusing on strategy, analytics, and mergers & acquisitions. Peysekhman's career also includes significant experience in investment banking and business development with firms such as TE Connectivity and ITOCHU International Inc.
