Patrick J. Franke

Pat Franke is a corporate and M&A attorney, and trusted advisor to privately-held companies including large family-owned businesses, private equity sponsored companies, and venture-backed startups, and their founders, boards of directors, and investors. He is also the Director of the firm’s Business Department comprising all of its transactional, business, and other non-litigation practices.

He advises clients at every stage of the business lifecycle on a broad range of issues, including debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic transactions and relationships, licensing and distribution transactions, and other commercial matters. Pat also counsels individual and institutional investors (including venture capital firms and corporations) with respect to their investment activities and transactions.
