Lisa Vanwinkle

Lisa VanWinkle is an experienced professional with a background in communications and property acquisition, having retired in May 2017. While serving as the West Eugene EmX Communications and Property Acquisition Coordinator at Lane Transit District from 2004 to 2017, Lisa successfully managed the real property acquisition process, developed outreach programs for transit construction projects, and implemented a business support program. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Marketing Manager at PeaceHealth, leading healthcare marketing initiatives, and as a Public Affairs and Communications Coordinator at Weyerhaeuser, where management of critical issues and media relations was a key responsibility. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management from the University of Montana.
