Håvard Tvinnereim

Håvard Tvinnereim has over twenty years of work experience, holding various positions in the public sector. Håvard is currently the Head of Management and Economy Department at Lånekassen, where they are responsible for risk management, internal control, economy planning, and general legal affairs. Prior to this, they were the Head of Legal Department at NASJONALT ORGAN FOR KVALITET I UTDANNINGEN NOKUT, where they oversaw economic inspections and legal affairs related to higher education. Håvard also served as the Deputy Director General at the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research and the Norwegian Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation. Earlier in their career, they held positions at The Norwegian directorate for Education and Training, The Norwegian Ministry of Industry and Trade, and The Norwegian Ministry of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs.

Håvard Tvinnereim attended Volda videregåande skule from 1990 to 1992 for their high school education. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Oslo (UiO) where they pursued a Master's degree in Law from 1993 to 1999.
