Simon Stepper

Simon Stepper currently serves as the Head of Data at Lanes & Planes and as a Lecturer for Data Warehouse at DHBW Stuttgart, focusing on data modeling and analytics for informatics students. Prior to these roles, Simon held significant positions at Carta, including Head of Data & Revenue Operations and Analytics Lead, where responsibilities included leading data initiatives and establishing data infrastructure and analytics culture across Europe. Simon's experience also includes leading analytics and ERP teams at ProGlove, serving as an Operations Consultant at KPMG, and working in product management at TRUMPF. Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
