O. Nicole Smith

O. Nicole Smith is an accomplished attorney at Langdon & Emison since October 2018, recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2024 and one of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in 2023. Smith has also earned the MO Lawyer’s Media Up & Coming Award in 2020 and served as a board member for House of Hope from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, Smith participated in the Missouri Bar Leadership Academy from 2020 to 2021. Prior to current work, Smith was a judicial law clerk at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, from August 2016 to October 2018, and served as an associate attorney at Ritchie & Soper, LLC, from August 2015 to August 2016. Smith holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Kansas and has a background in education from William Jewell College.
