Erin Shoemaker has gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry since graduating with an Honours Bachelor Business Administration in Hospitality from Niagara College. Erin has worked in various roles such as Wedding & Social Events Assistant, Accounts Payable, Human Resources Coordinator, and Front Office Agent at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa. In addition, Erin has served as a Barista at Starbucks and Royal Service Agent at Fairmont Banff Springs. Erin also worked as a Food Server at Benchmark Restaurant and as a Housekeeper/Trainer at Homewood Suites, demonstrating their diverse skill set and strong work ethic. Throughout their roles, Erin has honed their customer service, communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
