Maria Zumkeller

Maria Zumkeller is a Technical Vineyard Manager at LangeTwins Family Winery and Vineyards, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Maria served as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Davis, from January 2020 to June 2022, where research focused on horticulture and agronomy. Additional experience includes working as a Jr. Specialist in the Horwath Biogeochemistry and Nutrient Cycling Lab, contributing to sustainable soil management research, and serving as a Harvest Lab Technician at E. & J. Gallo Winery. Maria also interned at Sun World International, LLC., focusing on commercial trials and pest control. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Sciences with an emphasis on crop production, both obtained from the University of California, Davis.
