Hattie Lawrence

Hattie Lawrence has a strong and diverse background in the veterinary field. Hattie started their career as a Veterinary Surgeon at Valley Equine Hospital Lambourn in 2012 and worked there until 2019. During that time, they also served as the Clinical Director at VALLEY EQUINE HOSPITAL LAMBOURN LIMITED from 2016 to 2019. In 2017, they joined CVS Equine as a Senior Clinical Director until 2019.

In 2019, Hattie Lawrence took on a leadership role as the Equine Director UK at CVS Group Plc, where they successfully led a growing group of Equine practices across the UK until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they then became the Director of Equine and International at CVS Group Plc, overseeing the operational and strategic aspects of the Equine Division as well as the International practices in the Republic of Ireland and the Netherlands.
