Bob Van Den Oord

As COO, Bob oversees the regional vice presidents, managing directors and general managers to elevate the operational success of the group’s properties globally. At the corporate level, he steers the food and beverage, spa, rooms and quality divisions to ensure that the hotels around the world meet and exceed operational, guest service, strategic, branding and fiscal plans, while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

A highly respected hotelier in the industry, Bob has over three decades of hospitality experience and was most recently managing director at The Langham, London and the group’s regional vice president, operations (Europe, Middle East and the United States).
