Rico Picenoni

Rico Picenoni is a seasoned professional in the hospitality sector with a robust background in residential development and asset management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Residential at Langham Hospitality Group since August 2025, Rico co-founded the Hospitality Asset Managers Association MEA in April 2014, where an executive board member role is held. Previous positions include Head of Global Residential Development Consultancy at Savills, Executive Director at Questtio, and various directorial roles at Accor, where responsibilities spanned residential development and feasibility studies. Earlier career experiences include asset management at Seven Tides and multiple operational roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, as well as a Rooms Manager position at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. Rico holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality/Business Management from EHL, earned between 2001 and 2005.
