David McVety

David McVety is a licensed private practice counsellor currently serving at Thrive Therapeutic Counselling and Langley Christian School, where responsibilities include teaching classes on mental health and pornography awareness. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director at Doing Family Right, focusing on marriage and family advocacy, and managing a group home at Envision Community Living. David has also contributed to youth and young adult ministry as Associate Pastor at Grace Church. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Leadership from Trinity Western University and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Counseling and Caregiving from Columbia Bible College and Northwest Baptist College.
