Erling Amundson

Erling Amundson, CCXP, currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the Virginia Living Museum and holds the position of Vice President of Member Experience at Langley Federal Credit Union, where prior roles included Director and Member Experience Designer. With a strong background in social media and customer experience, Erling led global social media insights teams at UnitedHealth Group and Symantec, enhancing customer communication and loyalty. Additional expertise includes interaction design and user experience, with prior positions at Metavante, Great Plains, and IBM focusing on usability and product design. Erling is also a travel blogger at Travel Trail Sail, sharing insights on RV camping and lifestyle. Erling earned a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Dakota.
