Mark Hutchinson

Mark Hutchinson has extensive experience in risk management and internal audit. Mark currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit at Langley Federal Credit Union, which they started in February 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit at the same company from April 2020 to February 2023. Before joining Langley Federal Credit Union, Mark worked at Capital One as the Director of Risk Management from September 2011 to April 2020. Mark also held a position as Department Manager at BNY Mellon from November 2007 to August 2011.

Mark Hutchinson holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economic Crime Investigation from Utica University. Mark also has an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Mathematics from Jefferson Community College. Mark furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Scranton. Mark later obtained an additional Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. Mark has several certifications, including the Connected Through Learning | Using the Enterprise Risk Management Solution from Workiva, and the COSO Internal Control Certificate from the AICPA. Mark is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) accredited by The Institute of Internal Auditors.
