Michael Berg

Michael Berg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce administration, currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Langley Federal Credit Union since May 2019, where responsibilities have included roles from Associate to Senior Salesforce Administrator and Contact Center Representative. Prior to this, Michael worked at Electronic Systems, Inc. as an Account Manager, specializing in tailored technology solutions that addressed complex business needs from 2015 to 2019. Michael's career began at Chick-fil-A Corporate as a Store Director, where leadership resulted in significant profitability and customer experience improvements from 2006 to 2014. Currently pursuing a Bachelor in Computer Information Systems at Saint Leo University, Michael has also completed training with Salesforce and holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
