Michael Bridwell, PMP

Michael Bridwell, PMP has a strong background in project management and extensive experience in various roles within the engineering, automotive, and financial industries. Michael is currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Langley Federal Credit Union since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Ferguson Enterprises from February 2022 to March 2023. Michael also served as a PMP Accountability Coach at PM Master Prep from October 2021 to January 2023.

Before transitioning to project management, Michael worked at Newport News Shipbuilding, a Division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, where they held multiple positions including Project Manager from March 2019 to February 2022, Deputy Ship Design Manager from March 2019 to June 2021, Design Engineering Manager from August 2017 to March 2019, and Senior Structural Designer from April 2007 to August 2017.

Prior to joining Newport News Shipbuilding, Michael gained experience as a Factory-Certified Toyota Technician at Gloucester Toyota from June 2004 to April 2007.

Michael Bridwell, PMP has a strong educational background in business administration and management. From 2013 to 2016, they attended Saint Leo University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. During the same period, they also obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from the same institution.

In addition to their academic achievements, Michael has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2021. This certification demonstrates their expertise in project management, which complements their educational background and enhances their professional qualifications.
