Raquel Babb

Raquel Babb's work experience begins in 2007 as a Hostess at Le Yaca French Restaurant, where they worked until July 2012. In 2011, they joined the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg as a Donor Choice Assistant and stayed until May 2013. Babb then transitioned to William & Mary, starting as an Assistant Director of Special Events in December 2013 and advancing to the role of Director of Athletics Special Events from March 2016 to April 2017. Raquel moved on to Langley Federal Credit Union in April 2017, working as a Marketing Communications Specialist until June 2019. At Langley Federal Credit Union, Babb took on a new role as a Data Science Analytics Developer starting in June 2019. Raquel Babb began their education at Heritage High School, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in the Math, Science, and Technology Magnet Program from 2005 to 2009.

Raquel then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business, graduating between 2009 and 2013. During their time there, they focused on Business Management and Retail Merchandising.

In 2017, Raquel became a Marketo Certified Expert. Additionally, they acquired Advanced SQL for Data Science: Time Series and Learning SQL Programming certifications from LinkedIn in July 2019.

Continuing their education, Raquel pursued a Masters of Science in Business Analytics at William & Mary from 2019 to 2021. Within this program, they specialized in Data Science, Modeling, Analysis, and Machine Learning.

Raquel also possesses a certification in Microsoft Office Suite, although the institution and specific completion date are not provided.
