Shind Chand

Shind Chand has extensive experience in finance and budgeting, currently serving as the Assistant Secretary Treasurer for Langley School District #35 since August 2017. Prior roles include Manager of Finance & Budgets and Budget Reporting Officer at Burnaby School District - SD41 from July 2008 to August 2017, and Controller at Global Pacific Financial Services Ltd. from 2006 to 2008. Additional positions include Division Accountant at Cochrane Design Group in 2006 and Financial Administrator at Planact Management Ltd. from 2003 to 2005. Shind Chand began a career as a Community Support Worker at Milieu Family Services from 1994 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a CMA in Accounting from the Certified Management Accountants Society of BC, and a BBA in Business & Finance from the University of the Fraser Valley.
