Françoise, a Partner, advises on agricultural matters, including sale and purchase of farms and farmland, agricultural tenancies and wayleave agreements and has developed specialist expertise in renewables and minerals property work. Françoise also advises on bank security over land.

For several years, Françoise has been leading a major mines and minerals project in Yorkshire involving hundreds of options and leases of minerals and of subterranean land for a tunnel as well as other bespoke documentation.’
