Celeste Spears Mpa

Celeste Spears has a diverse work experience in the field of social services. Celeste currently holds the position of Director of Quality Enhancement at Langton Green since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Program Director at Aspire Living & Learning from October 2017 to June 2020. Celeste also worked as a Lead Family Support Advocate at The Family Tree, Inc. from April 2012 to May 2017. Celeste began their career as a Mental Health Worker at Sheppard Pratt Health System in October 2009 and held the position until April 2015.

Celeste Spears, MPA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Baltimore between the years 2011 and 2013. Celeste then pursued further education at the same institution, completing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Public Administration from 2015 to 2017.
