Tracey Cavanaugh

Tracey Cavanaugh is an experienced professional with a diverse background in heavy equipment operation and human resources. Currently serving as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Langton Group since November 2022, Tracey previously held multiple roles in human resources, including Assistant to the VP of Human Resources at Platinum Home Mortgage Corporation. Tracey's experience also includes public works positions with the Village of Huntley and the Village of Schaumburg, where responsibilities involved snow removal and engineering tasks. Tracey has a solid foundation in human resource management, having obtained a certificate in HR compliance from Harper College and significant experience managing new hire documentation and legal compliance within the HR department. Tracey's early career included construction maintenance and environmental spill management.
