Agnieszka Wentworth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Agnieszka began their career in 2011 as an English as a Foreign Language Teacher at Westminster Academy. Agnieszka then moved on to work as an Instructional Designer at NatuLang from September 2011 to August 2012. Afterward, they joined Hobsons in August 2012 and held multiple roles, including Student Advisor and Campaign Operations Manager. At Hobsons, they were responsible for designing and managing student recruitment campaigns, overseeing client accounts, managing a team of student advisors, implementing new service contracts, and supporting the sales division. In 2014, Agnieszka joined EY as a Learning Consultant and worked in that role until May 2016. Finally, in 2016, they co-founded Langu, a company that connects individuals and teams with language teachers for private lessons. As the Co-founder and Managing Director of Langu, they were involved in teacher recruitment and scheduling, ensuring high-quality lessons, and facilitating connections with customers from various locations.

Agnieszka Wentworth has a solid educational background with a focus on linguistics and cognitive sciences. Agnieszka completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Italian Linguistics from the University of Warsaw between 2005 and 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, Agnieszka pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition at the University of Oxford from 2010 to 2011. Later on, they expanded their knowledge in the field of Cognitive and Decision Sciences by completing another MSc degree at UCL from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Agnieszka obtained the certification of Certified English as a Foreign Language Teacher from the University of Oxford, although the specific month and year of their achievement are unavailable.
