Tara Hong, LCSW, currently serves as the Foster Care Program Coordinator at Ascentria Care Alliance since September 2023. With extensive experience in the field, Tara has held the role of Director of Communications at ARISE Youth Ministries since January 2018 and previously worked as a Foster Care Resource Specialist at the Northeast Center for Youth and Families from December 2021 to August 2023. Prior clinical experience includes serving as a Clinician at The Edinburg Center and completing two internships in clinical social work at Bradley Hospital and The Learning Community Charter School. Tara holds a Master of Social Work degree from Smith College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University, where studies focused on Education, Psychology, and Anthropology.
