Judy Malundo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in medical translation and a strong academic background in social welfare and women's studies. As the Founder and Chairperson of the Migrants' Citizen Science Association since March 2023, Judy leads initiatives focused on community engagement. Judy's translation expertise spans several organizations, including Global Language Solutions and TransPerfect Translations, where Judy translated and edited a wide range of medical and pharmaceutical documents to and from Filipino (Hiligaynon or Tagalog). Additionally, Judy contributed to significant projects such as the translation of an administration booklet for the DSM-IV. Judy holds a Master's degree in International Social Welfare and Health Policy from OsloMet, as well as advanced degrees in Gender Studies and Women and Development Studies from Utrecht University and the University of the Philippines, respectively.
