Catherine Hsu is a seasoned Mandarin/English interpreter with extensive experience in various roles within the language services industry. Currently, Catherine serves as a Mandarin/English interpreter for both Universal Language Service, Inc. and Language Services Hawaii since 2021 and maintains a freelance interpretation and translation practice since 2016. Previously, Catherine held the position of Senior Coordinator/Interpreter at XPEC Entertainment Inc., where responsibilities included in-house interpretation for projects such as the Shrek Forever After video game, business development outreach, and serving as a project coordinator between development teams and English-speaking publishers. Catherine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from National Taiwan University and furthered education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Language Services Hawaii assists government agencies, non-profits and companies with oral interpretation and written translation. We understand that unlike other areas of the United States, Hawaii has a large need for Asian, South Asian and Pacific island languages. Our linguists composition reflects these needs.
