Christopher O'Brien P.e.

Christopher O'Brien, P.E. has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Starting in 2003, O'Brien worked as a Civil Engineer at Linfield, Hunter and Junius, Inc. until 2005. Following this, they joined URS Corporation, An AECOM Company as a Civil/Structural Engineer. From 2006 to 2018, O'Brien served as a Senior Project Manager at Lanier & Associates, Consulting Engineers, Inc. In 2018, they transitioned into the role of Civil/Structural Department Engineering Manager at the same company, and in 2020, they were promoted to the position of Civil/Structural Department Head. In addition to their industry experience, O'Brien worked as an Adjunct Professor in the Civil Engineering Department at the University of New Orleans from 2016 to 2019, where they led classes and developed course curriculum for graduate and undergraduate students.

Christopher O'Brien, P.E. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Orleans, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the same institution, finishing their studies between 2003 and 2008.
