Idir Ali-Rachedi has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Idir started working as a Superviseur terrain at ROD Consulting in 2011 and held the position until June 2013. From September 2014 to April 2015, they worked as a Chargé de projet (Projet d’étude) at Constructions Gerik. In May 2015, Idir joined Groupe Être Multimédia as a Coordonnateur des ventes et de l'administration and continued in this role until July 2016.
