Claes Malmkvist has extensive experience in the real estate and asset management sectors, currently serving as VD of Lansa Fastigheter AB since June 2016, leading the company as Sweden's greenest residential housing firm. Prior to this role, Claes held the position of VD at SveaReal AB from 2008 to 2015, successfully establishing a property company focused on logistics, office, and industrial properties, with transactions amounting to 7 billion SEK. Previous leadership roles include VD of Navet within the SEB group, and VD of Catella Asset Management, overseeing nationwide management assignments. Claes's career began at Bygg-Fast as VD and project leader, along with project management experience at Skanska. Claes Malmkvist holds a Civilingenjörsexamen in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
