Elaine Chow has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Elaine started their career at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers in 1992, where they held various positions in both the Sales Department and Front Office until 1997. Elaine then joined Swiss-Belhotel International as a Sales Manager for a brief period. In 1998, they joined Harbour Grand Kowloon and held various positions in the Sales Department until 2001. Elaine then moved to Hua Min Tourism Reservation Co., Ltd as the Director of Sales until 2003. From 2003 to 2017, Elaine worked at Harbour Plaza North Point as the Assistant Director of Sales - Travel Trade, Director of Sales - Travel Trade, and finally as the Director of Sales & Marketing. Elaine then joined Harbour Grand (H.K.) Resources Limited in 2008 as their Director of Sales & Marketing, a role they held until 2017. Subsequently, Elaine joined Hotel VIC on the Harbour in 2017 as their Director of Sales & Marketing, before moving to their current role as the Cluster - Director of Sales & Marketing at Lanson Place Personal Hotels & Residences in 2019.
Elaine Chow obtained a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University in 2019. Elaine also earned a Certificate in Hotel Revenue Management from the same institution in the same year. Prior to that, in 2018, Elaine obtained a Certificate in Hospitality Digital Marketing from Cornell University.
