Ellen So is a seasoned marketing communications professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Head Of Marketing Communications at Lanson Place Personal Hotels & Residences since 2016, Ellen has held various roles including Senior Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Communications Manager. Prior to Lanson Place, Ellen worked at The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers from March 2013 to April 2016 as Senior Manager for E-Commerce and Digital Marketing. Earlier experience includes a position as Marketing Communications Manager at City Garden Hotel from 2007 to 2010, where Ellen was instrumental in the successful launch of a Michelin one-star Chinese restaurant, overseeing budget planning and executing comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies. Ellen is an alumnus of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
