Niina Kawarazaki

Niina Kawarazaki (Zaman Chowdhury) currently serves as the Head of Food and Beverage Operations at Lanson Place Personal Hotels & Residences, beginning in August 2023. Previously, Niina held the position of Director of Rooms at Marriott International from January 2021 to April 2023, and Club InterContinental Manager at ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort, where tasks included managing the pre-opening of Japan's first standalone Club InterContinental wing. Niina also worked as Director of Hospitality and VIP Events at SportsUpProach, overseeing large-scale events such as the Special Olympics and hosting programs for major international sports. Early career roles included serving as Cabin Senior at Etihad Airways, where performance and safety compliance were prioritized, and as Duty Manager at Accor, where Niina gained extensive hotel management experience. Niina holds an MBA from IE Business School and a BS in Hospitality Administration from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
