Paul Ng

Paul Ng has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Front Office Manager at Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited since April 2019. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at The Excelsior, Hong Kong - Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from May 2006 to April 2019, including Assistant Manager and Assistant Reception Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Front Desk Clerk at South Pacific Hotel and multiple front services roles at Hong Kong Parkview. Paul’s educational background includes a Certificate in Front Office Supervisory Course from the Hospitality Industry Training and Development Centre and a Diploma in Food and Beverage Service from The City & Guilds of London Institute, along with a Certificate in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Services from Aoraki Polytechnic, New Zealand.
